Rick Catham presented his “10 Tips for Life Efficiency.”

 

 
Inspiring the Rotarians, he discussed how to unplug distractions to focus on important goals. Keeping a smaller prioritized “To do” list allows time to exercise, sleep and eat well. As a personal touch, send “Thank You” notes to new or helpful colleagues. He also discussed the ways to communicate effectively to reach those goals. 
 
Rotarians listen as Mr. Cathan encourages them to schedule breaks and get fresh air.  
 

He challenged the Rotarians to put one of his tips into practice. He even offered a Starbucks gift card to anyone who followed a single tip for 60 days and can prove it didn’t change their lives.
