We were fortunate enough for Lt Lopez, the new commander of the Fallbrook Sheriff's Department Substation, to come speak to our Club about our beloved town.

Lt Lopez covered many Fallbrook topics including the crime rate, drug & homeless problems, and community outreach programs. Lt Lopez says one of the things the community can do to help the Department help us is to never assume the Sheriff's already knows something. Call them if you have any occurrence of theft or just see something out of place or suspicious. They often don't know about things unless someone tells them. Keep your valuables out of sight and your cars & homes locked. Prevention is the best course of action.
