Miss Fallbrook & Princesses read to children for Cesar Chavez Day of Service while parents participated in educational workshops.
Andres Chavez, grandson of Cesar Chavez, spoke about literacy, education and his grandfather's legacy.
When the volunteers read to the children, they talked about the Cesar Chavez's story bringing hope to migrant workers. Rotarians Sherri Trombetta and Jen Weeks also participated in this event.
