It is that time of year again! Time to support Rally for Children’s Arts in the Park!
Rotarians gathered at Live Oak Park to provide kids and parents with cheeseburger & hot dog combos with chips and a drink. Now and again, hungry patrons would obtain a candy bar or healthy fruit. Some hungry families carried yarn dolls, paper flower butterflies, and ceramic tile paintings. Others sported face painting with amazing designs. Everyone enjoyed close to 500 burgers and hot dogs!
We were supported by a wonderful Food Safety Manager Consuelo from the Child Nutrition Services at FUESD.(See photo where she is second from the left). She and her lovely daughter helping the Rotarians keep the line moving.
