Rotarians offer interview tips, and contestants prepare for July 9th Pageant.
To prepare our contestants for the working world, Rotarians provided an interview skills event that first covered creating a resume, preparing a workplace outfit, researching the prospective company, preparing to ask and answer questions. The training also included how to to present the proper attitude, remain engaged, and stay focused with professionalism despite difficult questions. Rotarian Sherri Trombetta put together this training session to get the contestant's pageant-ready.
Our United States of America Ms. 2020 and Ms. California 2020, Christiana Marie, presented this professional information from her experience as an Human Resource (HR) Manager.
Rotarians provided their interview and management knowledge through mock interviews with the contestants.
