Christiana Marie informed the contestants about job interviews.
Not only is Christiana an HR manager , she is also a former Miss Fallbrook and United States of America MS 2020. She has experienced both business and pageant interviews. She walked the contestants through resume requirements and how to prepare for meeting with potential employers. There were three types of resume examples: Chronological, Functional, and Combination. She covered proper interview questions and how to steer the conversation away from personal, religious or political topics.
After the presentation, Rotarians completed mock interviews with the contestants to prepare them for the future. Interviewers came from a variety of fields: military, technical writing, engineering, pharmacy, publishing, textiles, and retail. Two interviewers were former Miss Fallbrook Princesses. This gave a contestants good practice with a diverse group.
