As a Gold Sponsor, Rotarians attended FUHS District’s Student of the Month event. Congratulations to this month’s hard-working recipients: Daniela Guzman, Sophia Wallace, Zuri Trinidad, and Julian Chenier.

Rotarians Steve Achard, Gordon Stone, and Don Weeks were in attendance as the accomplished students received their awards at North Coast Church. Fallbrook Student of the Month is supported by donations and dedicated to honoring FUHS District students.

The Marines of MAG-39 (Sgt. Nicholas Hoover, Cpl Kaylyne Bawlson, Cpl Regan Rowe, and LCpl Daquane Franklin) award the medals as Pastor Greg Coppock explains the action. Proud teachers and happy parents sit in the audience and take photos.

Julian Chenier discusses his school work with his family by his side.

Lieutenant Colonel Bill Wade (left) extols Zuri Trinidad’s accomplishments. Zuri smiles as she wears her medal.

Sophia Wallace (right) beams with her dad as her mom explains her daughter’s achievements. Her dad, who already spoke, said his outgoing daughter joined his military Tiger Cruise. Everyone knew his daughter before they knew him. He had already been on the ship for six months!

Ivy High School teacher, Sheri Ryan tells Daniela Guzman’s success story. Daniela, pictured right, caught up on her school work in the continuation high school. She is going to join her Fallbrook High School classmates at the June graduation.

It was a wonderful event where Rotarians enjoyed learning about student excellence! These four industrious students will have a fine academic future.
